The Vancouver Romanian Association is proud to announce the winners of the inaugural VRA Scholarship. The scholarship is initiated to provide a quick boost to students of Romanian decent in British Columbia. We are pleased to announce that this years applicants showed great interest in their community, their studies and a desire to help out in any way they could.
With September ending on such a high note, we say it's time to party again! So, what better reason to party and dress up than Halloween! You're all invited to our Halloween Bash on October 27 at Carpenter's' Hall. The hall is ready for a rocking evening with you wearing your craziest or sexiest outfits! The atmosphere will be provided by LiME Productions Djs!
September is around the corner, summer vacations are nearing an end and the Vancouver Romanian Association and LiME Productions have been busy preparing a few announcement. Since we can't divulge everything at once, we'll start with our next concert - Romanian Folk Concert on September 29. The event will be the first event in collaboration with the newly created Vancouver Romanian Association (VRA).
